Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on data governance and compliance. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to design and implement robust data solutions that ensure data quality and accessibility. You are familiar with data governance frameworks and understand the importance of data compliance in a business context.

You have experience with data pipeline automation and are skilled in using tools like Airflow and Docker to streamline data processes. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you enjoy tackling complex data challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You are proactive in driving data ownership and accountability across engineering teams, ensuring that everyone understands their role in maintaining data integrity. You have a keen interest in optimizing data landscapes and are always looking for ways to improve existing data processes.

Desirable

Experience with PostgreSQL and other database technologies is a plus. Familiarity with data classification and lineage tools will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working at the intersection of technology and policy, bridging gaps between legal, engineering, and data teams.

What you'll do
