Telesat is hiring a Senior Technologist for their LEO NOC to manage customer experience and support services for LEO products. This role requires technical and problem resolution skills to implement and integrate services into daily operations.
You have a strong technical background and experience in managing customer support services, particularly in the satellite communications industry. Your problem resolution skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively address and manage system faults and operational requirements. You understand the complexities of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite networks and are passionate about enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions.
Experience in satellite communications or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with LEO technology and its operational challenges will help you excel in this role. You are a proactive communicator, able to collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service integration and customer satisfaction.
As a Senior Technologist in the LEO NOC, you will be responsible for implementing and managing customer experience and support services for LEO products.
