You have a proven track record of leading project management teams, ideally with 5+ years of experience in product management or project management roles. You excel in optimizing cross-functional collaboration and managing risks across complex engineering initiatives. Your leadership style fosters a culture of accountability and encourages strategic risk-taking among team members. You are adept at navigating the challenges of delivering high-quality product features in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met. You understand the importance of aligning product roadmaps with business objectives and are skilled in stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Desirable

Experience in the Experience Management category or familiarity with software development processes would be advantageous. A background in working with UX and engineering teams is a plus, as is knowledge of agile methodologies. You are comfortable using project management tools and have a knack for data-driven decision-making, which helps you to prioritize effectively and drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Product PMO team, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of strategic product roadmap features. You will build and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. Your role will involve proactively managing risks and identifying opportunities for improvement across engineering initiatives. You will work closely with the Product, UX, and Engineering teams to align project goals with business objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for project management, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
