You have extensive experience in user experience research, ideally with a focus on financial services or technology. Your background includes leading research projects that influence product strategy and decision-making. You are skilled in utilizing data-driven and principle-based solutions to generate insights that have a significant business impact. You excel in guiding project direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. Your communication skills allow you to effectively present research findings to stakeholders and influence product development.
Experience in a fast-paced environment where you have contributed to the development of user-centered products. Familiarity with financial services or technology sectors is a plus. You are comfortable working with complex user journeys and have a strong understanding of user needs and behaviors. You are passionate about improving user experiences and have a track record of delivering actionable insights that drive product innovation.
