What you'll do

As an Air Operations Coordinator, you will execute and monitor daily air operations, ensuring that all processes, including check-in, build-up, screening, loading, and handover to carriers, are completed efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for maintaining on-time departures and arrivals, proactively escalating any risks that may impact service reliability.

Your role will involve conducting cargo inspections and validating flight documentation to ensure compliance with local authority requirements. You will support containerization and optimization efforts, ensuring accurate volume induction and effective use of resources.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will partner with carriers and airport handlers to address real-time issues that may arise during operations.
