Anyscale is seeking an IT Support Engineer to manage IT access and resources for their global workforce. You'll work closely with the IT Manager to ensure employees have the necessary tools for productivity. This role requires experience in IT support and project coordination.
You have a solid background in IT support, with experience managing user provisioning and deprovisioning across various SaaS applications and internal systems. You understand the importance of timely access grants and secure offboarding processes, ensuring that all employees can be productive from day one. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for designing and implementing workflows that improve efficiency while maintaining security standards. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work closely with IT managers and other stakeholders to support key IT initiatives and projects.
Experience with infrastructure improvements, tool evaluations, and process automation is a plus. Familiarity with various IT tools and platforms will help you excel in this role, as will your ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT access and resources across the organization.
