You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that incident management processes are followed, and you understand the importance of post-mortems to capture process deviations and areas for improvement. What you'll do

In this role, you will be the key driver for managing the resolution of technical problems that affect customers. You will respond to Zabbix alerts and regularly monitor the system, taking direct action on alerts or escalating them as necessary. Acknowledging every alert you handle is crucial, whether you take direct action or pass it on to the appropriate escalation point of contact. You will ensure that escalations are handed off successfully, maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Your contributions will help Backblaze maintain its reputation as a leader in the open cloud movement, ensuring that customers can rely on our services without interruption.
