What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive event and field marketing strategies across EMEA, with a primary focus on European markets. You will plan, manage, and execute a portfolio of strategic events, including Anthropic-hosted tentpole events and third-party activations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales leadership and the global field marketing team to ensure that events directly support revenue growth and strategic account advancement. You will be responsible for creating world-class experiences that engage attendees and foster meaningful connections.

You will analyze event performance metrics to assess the impact of your strategies and make recommendations for future improvements. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring that all aspects of the events run smoothly. You will also be tasked with building scalable event programs from the ground up, driving measurable business impact across diverse EMEA markets. Your ability to work closely with cross-functional partners will be essential in aligning event strategies with overall business objectives.
