SoFi is seeking a Card Platform Manager to lead consumer credit card operations and collaborate with business partners. This role requires expertise in managing system parameters and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You have a strong background in consumer credit card operations, with a focus on managing system parameters and understanding their impact on business processes. Your experience allows you to effectively communicate and manage compliance with regulatory requirements across various business units. You are detail-oriented and possess the ability to identify opportunities for enhancing and streamlining existing projects and initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business partners and team members to develop best-in-practice solutions for complex challenges. Your subject matter expertise in credit card operations positions you as a valuable resource within the team, enabling you to facilitate the development of business rules and requirements effectively.
Experience with back-end processor setups and a deep understanding of how system parameter settings influence upstream and downstream processes would be advantageous. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry is a plus, as is a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
