What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sourcing and category management lifecycle for CE Spares across the EMEA region. This includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with Microsoft’s operational goals. You will conduct supplier market assessments to identify potential partners and execute RFPs to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Contracting and onboarding new suppliers will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as will ongoing supplier performance management to ensure compliance with Microsoft’s standards.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the supply chain is flexible, efficient, and reliable. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to align on objectives and share insights on market trends and supplier performance. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to drive decision-making and improve procurement processes.
