As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will be responsible for building relationships and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office tasks, providing you with a hybrid work environment that promotes flexibility. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your position. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including the chance to join the annual President’s Club Trip for top performers.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn significant commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, and in your second year from $104,000 to $122,000.
