Overview

Glovo is seeking a Workday Project Manager to align Workday and related People technologies with business processes. You'll oversee system configurations and coordinate with global teams to support People strategies.

Who you are

You have a strong background in project management, particularly in the context of People Operations and technology integration. Your experience with Workday or similar HR systems has equipped you with the skills to manage complex projects that align technology with business needs. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at communicating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. You understand the importance of aligning technology with operational processes and are committed to driving efficiency and effectiveness in People strategies.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and outcomes. Your ability to analyze requirements and translate them into actionable project plans is a key strength. You are also comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.

Desirable

Experience with global teams and an understanding of different cultural contexts is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in HR or People Operations will be beneficial, as it will help you understand the nuances of the systems you will be managing.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Workday and related People technologies.
