Spreedly is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of their Open Payments Platform. You'll engage with customers in a consultative manner and leverage your industry knowledge to build value. This role requires strong analytical skills and a passion for prospecting.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a consultative selling environment. You thrive in competitive situations and are adept at building value through deep industry understanding and technical knowledge. Your analytical mindset allows you to dig into business models and help customers quantify their investment decisions. You are excited about prospecting and can lead a sales cycle from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to closing the deal.
Experience in the payments industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with payment processing technologies. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A background in account management or business development would also be beneficial, as it complements your sales expertise.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Spreedly's Open Payments Platform. You will engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can optimize their payment processes. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging and ensure that our offerings meet market demands. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals successfully.
You will also be expected to maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Regularly analyzing sales data and market trends will be crucial in informing your strategy and helping you meet your sales targets. You will collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, setting them up for long-term success with our platform.
