You have experience in sanitation or a related field, demonstrating your ability to lead a team effectively. You understand the importance of safety, GMP, and SQF policies and are committed to enforcing these standards in the workplace. Your coaching skills enable you to guide team members in following procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. You are proactive in addressing sanitation tasks and can step in as needed to ensure productivity.

What you'll do

As a Sanitation Lead, you will coordinate the activities of the sanitation team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will oversee typical sanitation tasks, including removing waste and debris, sanitizing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. You will coach team members on best practices and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene policies. Collaboration with other departments, such as Quality and Production, will be essential to solve problems and support the production team. You will maintain a clean and orderly work area, following standard operating procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies.
