You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service. Your passion for delivering happiness is evident in your interactions, whether you're handing over keys in a driveway or participating in community events. You understand the importance of being a Customer Advocate and are ready to contribute to reintroducing joy into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years old, ensuring you meet the requirements for this role. You are also able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.
While not mandatory, any experience in the automotive industry or logistics can be a plus, as it may enhance your understanding of the delivery process and customer expectations. A friendly demeanor and a proactive attitude will help you thrive in this role, as you will be the face of Carvana during deliveries.
As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers receiving their vehicles, and your role will involve not just the delivery but also engaging with customers to answer any questions they may have. You will work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 7am to 9pm, and be available to work seven days a week, with rotating days off. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key as you navigate the delivery process and represent Carvana's values.
In addition to deliveries, you may also participate in local community events, helping to build Carvana's presence and reputation in the area. Your role will be integral in fostering positive relationships with customers and the community, contributing to the overall success of Carvana as a leading automotive retailer.
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see increases in your pay every few months as you progress through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program. This program allows you to earn additional pay increases every 90 days, with the potential to reach $22/hr within your first year.
