Amazon is hiring a Selling Partner Support Associate to provide operational support to Selling Partners. You'll be the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for sellers on Amazon. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve complex queries.

You are a customer-centric individual with a strong track record of providing exceptional service. You thrive in a contact center environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities. Your critical thinking and decision-making skills enable you to resolve complex queries effectively. You excel in building trust and strengthening relationships with Selling Partners through empathy and active listening. You are comfortable navigating multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, to engage with Selling Partners effectively. Your written and oral communication skills are clear and professional, allowing you to understand and prioritize the needs of Selling Partners.

What you'll do

As a Selling Partner Support Associate, you will act as the primary point of contact between Amazon and our Selling Partners. You will provide timely and accurate operational support, addressing issues effectively while adhering to service level agreements. You will contribute to a positive team environment and drive process improvements as applicable. Your role will involve resolving complex queries from Selling Partners, leveraging your strong critical thinking skills. You will engage with Selling Partners through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism. You will work closely with other stakeholders within Amazon to enhance the Selling Partner experience.
