What you'll do

As a Senior People Enablement Specialist at Vanta, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining e-learning content for people enablement programs, ensuring that it incorporates best practices in adult learning and instructional design. You will manage end-to-end program logistics, including scheduling sessions, coordinating resources, and communicating with participants to ensure a smooth experience. Your role will involve facilitating onboarding and manager development sessions, where you will guide new hires and leaders through essential skills and knowledge.
