You have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the Tekion platform, which allows you to effectively manage and nurture relationships with dealership accounts. You thrive in a role that challenges you to push boundaries and drive customer success. Your ability to advocate for customers and understand their unique needs is key to your success in this position. You are skilled in account management and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients. You are passionate about delivering transformational products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealership accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships. You will act as an advocate for the dealerships, working to understand their unique needs and goals. Your responsibilities will include managing customer expectations, providing support and guidance, and ensuring that the Tekion platform meets their requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and drive improvements in the product.
