Handshake is seeking Paralegals and Legal Assistants to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your legal experience to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback. This role is remote and offers flexible hours.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in legal work, which may include assisting attorneys by preparing and organizing legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining filing systems. Your background equips you with the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week.
While no specific AI experience is required, familiarity with legal terminology and processes will be beneficial. You are open to learning new skills and contributing to the evolving landscape of AI in the legal field. You may also be a student eligible for CPT or OPT, looking for practical experience in a remote setting.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your professional experience in the legal field. Your tasks will include developing prompts that reflect your expertise and assessing the AI's responses to ensure they align with real-world legal practices. You will provide clear and structured feedback that helps improve the AI's understanding of legal tasks and language. The position is designed to be flexible, allowing you to work asynchronously from anywhere in the United States.
