Hibu is seeking an Entry-Level IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support to employees. You'll work with Windows PCs, Apple Macs, and Microsoft 365 tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and guiding users.
You are someone who enjoys helping others and has a knack for solving technical problems. With a strong foundation in desktop and laptop operating systems, including Windows and macOS, you are ready to provide exceptional support to employees. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with IT teams to ensure that all employees have the tools they need to succeed. Your excellent customer service skills allow you to communicate effectively with users, guiding them through troubleshooting processes and ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple requests while adhering to service-level agreements. You understand the importance of maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases to enhance team efficiency.
Experience with cloud-based tools and services, particularly Microsoft 365, is a plus. Familiarity with software licensing and tracking is also beneficial. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, taking on new challenges as they arise.
In this role, you will be on the front lines of technology support, providing high-quality end-user technical assistance to employees across all locations. You will troubleshoot and support both standard and customized software applications, ensuring that users can effectively utilize their tools. Your responsibilities will include supporting desktop and laptop operating systems, building and deploying laptops for new hires, and collaborating with third-party service providers to maintain consistent support. You will also participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that all requests are completed within defined SLAs. As part of your role, you will work with other IT teams to support major incidents and escalations, following established IT policies and procedures. You will create and maintain technical documentation to help streamline processes and improve team knowledge.
