You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to explain complex AI solutions persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your consultative sales experience has equipped you with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions. You are passionate about AI and its potential to transform businesses, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can mentor and grow your team members.

Desirable

Experience with Anthropic's products, such as Claude for Enterprise and Claude Code, is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise tech companies and digital-first organizations will help you navigate the landscape effectively. A background in software engineering or data science can also enhance your ability to lead technical discussions and drive successful implementations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the Digital Native, Applied AI, Solutions Architect team at Anthropic — your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of frontier AI technologies by enabling the deployment of our products across various enterprise tech companies. You will establish processes and best practices for pre-sales engagements, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet customer needs effectively. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you will help enterprise partners incorporate leading-edge AI systems into their products and platforms. You will also represent Anthropic as a technical lead on key partnerships, showcasing our commitment to reliable and beneficial AI systems.

Your leadership will focus on fostering a high-performance culture within your team — you will mentor team members, helping them achieve success and career growth while maintaining high productivity levels. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to support your team's development. Additionally, you will engage with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements, ensuring that our AI solutions are tailored to deliver maximum value.
