What you'll do

As the Team Lead in Market Operations, you will be responsible for running the local Carvana hub, overseeing all aspects of operations from market launch to daily management. You will lead a team of Customer Advocates, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency. You will also play a key role in mentoring team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
