Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in service planning or as a Product Owner in the B2B or mobility domain — you've successfully navigated complex business environments and understand the intricacies of product development. Your background includes experience with B2B SaaS and enterprise solutions, allowing you to effectively manage product planning in challenging contexts. You possess a solid understanding of hardware integration, including vehicle terminals, sensors, and communication structures, which informs your service planning decisions. You excel in communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including development, UX, and sales teams, to achieve common goals. Your ability to analyze market needs and pain points through customer communication is a key asset in your role. You are familiar with managing large-scale vehicle data integration and have experience with IoT projects, which enhances your capability in this position. Familiarity with Figma for wireframing and design processes is a plus, as is your understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define project requirements and prioritize tasks based on technical complexity and business goals, ensuring alignment with the company's vision. You will lead the establishment of the FMS product vision, architecture, and long-term roadmap, executing these plans proactively. Engaging with clients, you will extract market needs and pain points, iterating on meaningful hypotheses and validations to identify product issues and improvement opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that product development aligns with strategic objectives and market demands. Your role will involve continuous communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables effectively. You will also oversee the integration of large-scale vehicle data, ensuring that the service planning process is informed by real-time insights and analytics. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of teamwork and growth within the UMOS ONE team, as you work towards innovative solutions in urban mobility.
