Vanta is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Test Experience team to lead the development of critical platform features that enhance customer compliance monitoring. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing engineering teams.
You have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. Your experience includes setting strategic direction and fostering a results-driven culture within your team. You understand the importance of compliance standards and have a passion for building products that enhance security and trust for customers. You are skilled in mentoring and developing engineers, helping them grow in their careers while achieving team goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and customer success teams.
Experience in security or compliance-related fields is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and test automation would be beneficial as you explore innovative approaches to enhance the Test Experience at Vanta.
As the Engineering Manager for the Test Experience team, you will lead the development of features that provide customers with visibility into their compliance posture. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of tests, from configuration and execution to managing outcomes and driving customer actions. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling the execution infrastructure and implementing next-generation test personalization. You will work closely with your team to explore AI-powered solutions for test creation and intelligent remediation workflows, ensuring that Vanta remains at the forefront of trust management technology.
You will be responsible for setting the strategy for your team, ensuring that they deliver results consistently and sustainably.
