Handshake is seeking Pharmacists to serve as AI Trainers for a temporary research project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback. No prior AI experience is required.
You are a pharmacist with over 4 years of professional experience in the field. You have a strong understanding of prescription accuracy, medication suitability, and the importance of providing advice on drug interactions and proper storage. Your background includes maintaining comprehensive pharmacy records and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize drug regimens. You are comfortable working independently and are open to learning new skills that contribute to the advancement of AI in your field.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your expertise in pharmacy. You will assess the content produced by these models and deliver clear, structured feedback that enhances their understanding of workplace tasks and language. Your responsibilities will include developing prompts for AI models that reflect real-world pharmacy scenarios and evaluating the responses generated. You will work asynchronously and flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week, depending on project availability.
