Hims & Hers is seeking a Director of FP&A Forecasting and Reporting to lead financial forecasting and reporting cycles. You'll ensure financial clarity and drive executive decision-making. This role requires strong financial acumen and leadership experience.
You have extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally with a focus on forecasting and reporting. Your background includes leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners to align financial strategies with business objectives. You excel at transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that inform executive decision-making. You possess strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial reporting. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively. You have a proven track record of driving financial rigor and accountability within an organization.
Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with public company financial reporting standards. You are adept at using financial modeling tools and software to enhance forecasting accuracy. A strong understanding of key performance indicators and metrics that drive business performance will set you apart.
