In this role, you will be responsible for generating top-of-the-funnel leads through various outreach methods, including cold calls, texts, and emails. You will build foundational processes and strategies to support the commercial sales team. Your outreach will target prospective agents that fit the ideal persona for Hightouch, and you will work closely with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other team members to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation processes.
Hightouch offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary of $70,000 and on-target earnings of $100,000. You will also receive meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
