Tonal is seeking a Floor Manager/Assistant Director to oversee daily stage operations and ensure smooth production shoots. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate talent and production teams effectively.

In this role, you will oversee daily stage operations to ensure that shoots run smoothly and on schedule. You will coordinate talent and production team movement, including managing call times, set arrivals, and transitions between shoots. Your ability to communicate schedule changes or delays promptly to all relevant teams will be crucial in maintaining workflow. You will prepare the stage each day by managing setup, breakdown, and cleaning, ensuring that everything is in place for a successful shoot. Additionally, you will track and document shoot rundowns for post-production reference, flagging and communicating any issues or discrepancies that arise during shoots to the Lead Director/Producer.
Tonal offers a temporary contract position with a typical work schedule of 40 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work in-person at our NYC Production Studio, contributing to the creation of engaging fitness content. The role comes with some benefits options available, and you will be compensated at a rate of $40-55 per hour, with an 8-hour minimum per day.
