Overview

TrustArc is seeking an Account Manager to ensure customer success and drive renewals and upsells. This role requires a proven track record in account management and a competitive spirit.

You have a strong background in account management, with a proven track record of successfully renewing and upselling existing customers. You thrive in a performance-based environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you understand the importance of customer satisfaction in driving retention. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced atmosphere, ensuring that you meet the needs of your clients effectively. You are a team player who collaborates well with others to achieve common goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or SaaS company is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the solutions offered and how they can benefit clients. Familiarity with customer success metrics and strategies will help you excel in this role. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it complements the account management responsibilities.

What you'll do
