MongoDB is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. You'll focus on formulating and executing sales strategies while collaborating with technical teams. This role requires 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a competitive market.

Who you are

You have 3+ years of field experience in a quota-carrying role, demonstrating a strong ability to close net new logos and expand existing accounts. Your proven track record of overachievement in sales targets showcases your dedication and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. You possess the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology, making you a trusted advisor to clients. Your experience includes co-selling with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as large global system integrators like Accenture and KPMG. You thrive on building strong relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users, which allows you to identify and qualify growth opportunities effectively.

Desirable

While not mandatory, familiarity with sales enablement training programs and a background in enterprise technology sales will enhance your candidacy. You are driven by results and have a passion for learning and development, which aligns with MongoDB's commitment to employee growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within your assigned territory, focusing on new customer acquisition. You will strategically prospect into key decision-makers, building effective relationships that lead to growth opportunities. Collaborating closely with Solution Architects and the Professional Services team, you will ensure customer satisfaction and maximize deal sizes. Your participation in comprehensive sales training programs, including the Sales Bootcamp, will equip you with the skills needed to excel in your role. You will also work with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to leverage their networks and resources effectively.
