You will utilize various sourcing methods, including job postings, referrals, and agency partnerships, to identify and attract top candidates. Your role will involve screening candidates to ensure their qualifications align with the requirements of the open positions, and you will collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes that enhance efficiency and candidate experience. You will ensure that all interviewed candidates receive timely follow-ups and closure, maintaining a positive relationship with potential hires. Additionally, you will negotiate compensation with qualified candidates, ensuring that offers are competitive and aligned with market standards. You will also enhance the recruitment process by training interview teams, ensuring they are equipped to assess candidates effectively. Your efforts will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline that supports Datadog's growth and success.
