Overview

MongoDB is seeking a Principal Partner Specialist to build and manage relationships with Global Systems Integrators, particularly Accenture. You'll focus on pipeline generation and strategic partnerships, requiring strong sales and relationship management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner management, with at least 5 years of experience in building strategic relationships and driving sales growth through partnerships. Your ability to cultivate executive-level relationships is exceptional, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can influence and engage stakeholders effectively. You are results-driven, with a strong focus on pipeline generation and customer acquisition, and you possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, particularly in cloud services and systems integration.

You are adept at developing and executing go-to-market strategies that leverage partnerships to create new revenue streams. Your experience includes working closely with sales teams to close business and meet ambitious booking objectives. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate about technology and understand how to align partner offerings with market needs.

Desirable

Experience working with Global Systems Integrators, particularly in the cloud or software sectors, is highly desirable. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies will give you an edge in this role. You are also encouraged to bring innovative ideas to the table, helping to shape joint offerings and integrated solutions that resonate with customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with Accenture and other Global Systems Integrators. You will proactively identify and develop a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you qualify leads effectively and engage with key stakeholders at both the executive and architect levels. Your efforts will directly contribute to aggressive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of joint offerings and integrated solutions that enhance market penetration. This includes working closely with the Cloud and Ecosystem partners to accelerate the consumption of identified GSI pipelines. You will also participate in sales enablement training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are well-equipped to meet and exceed your objectives.

Your role will involve regular interaction with the Field Sales team, where you will work together to close business and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets. You will be expected to report on your progress and provide insights into market trends and partner performance, helping to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
