In this role, you will own the full end-to-end acquisition cycle for Japan’s highest-priority local restaurant partners — from initial outreach to onboarding and ongoing relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying potential restaurant partners, pitching the benefits of joining Uber Eats, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process that sets them up for success on the platform.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies that enhance the visibility of new restaurant partners and drive customer engagement. Your insights into the local market will help shape promotional campaigns and initiatives that resonate with both restaurant owners and customers.
As you build relationships with restaurant partners, you will gather feedback and insights that can inform product development and service enhancements — your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Uber Eats meets the evolving needs of both partners and customers in Japan.
You will also track and report on key performance metrics related to partner acquisition and satisfaction, using data to refine your approach and drive continuous improvement. Your ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies will be crucial in a competitive market.
