Databricks is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead go-to-market campaigns for State and Local customers in Florida and Georgia. You'll leverage your expertise in Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI to drive value-based growth and exceed revenue targets.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a strong background in leading go-to-market campaigns, particularly within the State and Local government sector. With a deep understanding of Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI, you can effectively communicate the value of innovative solutions to customers and system integrators. You thrive on building relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and IT executives, and have a proven track record of compressing decision cycles to close deals efficiently.

Your ability to understand complex products and articulate their benefits is a key strength. You are passionate about driving value-based growth and expanding the footprint of your organization within existing accounts. You are results-oriented and consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets, demonstrating your commitment to success in a competitive landscape.

Desirable

Experience in the Public Sector vertical is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities that come with selling to government entities. You are creative and execution-oriented, always looking for innovative ways to maximize market opportunities and deliver genuine value to your clients.

What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Account Executive at Databricks, you will manage a strategic enterprise client within the Public Sector. You will be responsible for driving value-based growth and expanding the Databricks footprint into new business units and use cases. Your expertise in Big Data and AI will guide your execution strategy, allowing you to provide genuine value to your clients.

You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, IT executives, and program managers, to understand their needs and challenges.
