Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment, such as an inspection center. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle you paint meets high-quality standards. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, contributing to the overall success of the team. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our state-of-the-art paint booths. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect finish on each vehicle. Your role will involve using advanced tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets. Additionally, you will participate in training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company. You will also be expected to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
