Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel or rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. Your hands-on skills with a wheel repair machine and knowledge of painting and clear-coating wheels are essential for this role. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the business, including working mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth collaboration with your team and adherence to safety protocols.

What you'll do

As a Rim Refinishing Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage, ensuring that each wheel meets our high standards of quality. You will operate a wheel repair machine, applying your technical skills to restore wheels to their original condition. Additionally, you will be involved in the painting and clear-coating processes, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to achieve a flawless finish. Your role will require you to work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will contribute to the overall mission of delivering great vehicles to our customers on time. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and support your career growth within the company.
