KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Executive (Enterprise/Strategic) to manage customer accounts and maximize sales opportunities. You'll promote and sell cybersecurity products to enterprise-sized businesses. This role requires experience in sales and account management.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts and maximizing sales opportunities. Your experience includes promoting and selling products to large organizations, ideally in the technology or cybersecurity sectors. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable engaging with clients both remotely and in-person. You possess strong communication skills and are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise organizations. You are results-driven and have a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You understand the importance of customer retention and are skilled at reactivating lapsed accounts. You are passionate about cybersecurity and understand the challenges organizations face in this area.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. You will promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of cybersecurity products and services to enterprise-sized businesses, focusing on organizations with 1501+ employees. Your objective will be to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas by targeting new business opportunities as well as reactivating dark (lapsed) customer accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and you will leverage your knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to provide valuable insights to clients. You will also participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and product offerings.
