What you'll do

As a High-Volume Recruiter at Carvana, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for various operations teams, including Customer Care, Logistics, and Market Operations. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates. Additionally, you will maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to enhance their experience. You will also collaborate with the Operations Talent team to continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
