As a Guest Experience Associate at Placemakr, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will assist guests with their inquiries, providing information about our services and amenities. You will work closely with the property team to ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to enhance the guest experience, from check-in to check-out. You will also gather feedback from guests to help improve our services and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You will participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our guest experience initiatives. Your commitment to service excellence will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation as a leader in the hospitality industry.
