Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in strategic workforce planning, with experience in delivering data-driven insights that support business leaders in making informed decisions. Your analytical skills enable you to build and maintain workforce dashboards that provide real-time insights for leaders, ensuring that workforce planning aligns with company goals. You are adept at forging cross-functional partnerships, collaborating with finance and people analytics teams to deliver predictive analytics and talent intelligence insights. Your understanding of talent acquisition and HRBP roles allows you to contribute effectively to company-wide planning processes.
Desirable
Exposure to various Talent Intelligence platforms is a plus, as is prior experience with company-level planning processes. You have a keen interest in deploying skills-based workforce models, which will enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead end-to-end headcount management processes, including requisition tracking and scenario-based headcount planning. You will partner with finance to conduct supply/demand analysis and business scenario planning, ensuring that workforce strategies are aligned with financial objectives. Your responsibilities will also include supporting annual company-wide workforce planning processes, ensuring that they are in sync with strategic and financial planning initiatives. You will contribute to the HR technology roadmap, helping to shape the tools and systems that support workforce planning efforts.
