What you'll do

In this role, you will perform investigations through video verification and manage the appeals process for cases involving potential fraud. You will work closely with partner teams to verify customer information across multiple use cases and action types. Your investigations will provide critical data to train risk models that detect identity and payment instrument abuse.

You will be responsible for providing legally defensible evidence to deny disbursement to bad actors and support arbitration processes. Your work will help detect bad actors exploiting dormancy and support Selling Partner Services teams in escalations and deep dives. You will engage in holistic reviews of accounts, examining registration exploits, listings abuse, counterfeit issues, and more.

You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that investigations are thorough and effective. Your insights will contribute to the development of strategies that enhance the overall security of Amazon's services. You will also participate in training sessions to share your knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
