You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centered designs that enhance customer engagement. Your portfolio showcases a range of projects that demonstrate your ability to solve complex design challenges and deliver intuitive user experiences. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, allowing you to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that align with brand guidelines. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing specialists to bring your designs to life. You are passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into effective design solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will join Braze's Orchestration Division, working within the Messaging Design team to shape the future of customer engagement. You will partner closely with the Messaging Experience, Canvas Logic & Execution, and Core Messaging teams to create experiences that power sophisticated marketing campaigns. Your work will directly impact thousands of marketers worldwide who design, build, and optimize their customer journeys through Braze's Canvas and Campaign experiences. You will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas and solutions. You will also collaborate with developers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, providing guidance and support throughout the development process. Additionally, you will participate in design reviews and contribute to the evolution of Braze's design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
