Topline Pro is hiring a GTM Recruiter to lead go-to-market hiring across various teams including Sales and Marketing. You'll partner with leadership to enhance hiring strategies and focus on early talent acquisition. This role requires strong judgment and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting.
You have experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in go-to-market roles across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You thrive in high-expectation environments and understand the importance of balancing hiring velocity with long-term talent density and retention. You are skilled in designing and executing proactive, data-driven sourcing strategies tailored to the NYC tech talent market. You are comfortable managing fast-moving pipelines and executing high-volume recruiting without compromising quality.
Experience in early talent recruitment is a plus, as is familiarity with the tech landscape in New York City. You have a strong ability to partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role needs and influence hiring decisions at the executive level. You are data-driven and can leverage market mapping and targeted outreach to attract top talent.
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for all go-to-market roles, focusing on early talent revenue positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and calibrate on talent expectations. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing proactive sourcing strategies, managing high-volume recruiting efforts, and ensuring that pipelines move quickly while maintaining quality. You will also be responsible for running recruitment classes and managing the overall candidate experience.
