You have a strong background in finance operations, particularly in accounts receivable, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your customer service focus allows you to effectively respond to customer queries and resolve disputes. You are detail-oriented and capable of performing complex reconciliations on customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of payments. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are flexible to adapt to changing requirements, demonstrating a drive for continuous learning and self-development.
Experience with process improvement projects and a solid understanding of the O2C process will set you apart. You are proactive in providing growth ideas for process standardization and automation, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
In this role, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations – Global Accounts Receivable team, taking charge of managing accounts receivable and addressing customer queries. You will handle cash applications, requiring you to research unapplied cash and reconcile accounts accurately. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via call and email, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly. You will also participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
You will be expected to maintain service level agreements (SLAs) while managing day-to-day operations.
