What you'll do

As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the IT Helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets for both local and remote users. You will oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, which include hardware procurement, software configuration, and account provisioning. Your role will also involve supporting AV technologies, including video conferencing setups and live event support. You will maintain and improve IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal wikis to ensure that all team members have access to the information they need. Additionally, you will organize and track IT inventory and storage, ensuring accurate records and smooth logistics. You will participate in the planning and execution of internal IT projects and system upgrades, contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT department. Compliance with IT security, privacy, and company policies will be a key focus in your daily tasks.
