What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy for the AI & Industry Solutions group at Appian. You will lead a talented team of product managers, ensuring that their work aligns with the overall product strategy and business objectives. You will oversee the product portfolio backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure that product development processes are efficient and effective.

You will be accountable for the business impact of the features your group delivers, measuring success through key performance indicators and user satisfaction metrics. You will facilitate regular meetings with your team to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
