Carvana is seeking an Experienced Diesel Technician to join their Fleet Maintenance team. You'll work on Class 8 trucks and trailers, ensuring vehicle uptime and safety. This role requires problem-solving skills and a passion for maintenance.
You are a skilled Diesel Technician with experience working on Class 8 trucks and trailers. You enjoy problem-solving and are dedicated to ensuring vehicle uptime and safety. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing team.
Experience with fleet maintenance and a strong understanding of diesel engines are highly valued. ASE certification is a plus, and you are open to further training and development opportunities.
As a Diesel Technician at Carvana, you will be a key member of the Fleet Maintenance team, responsible for maintaining and repairing our Class 8 fleet. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and executing repairs to ensure our vehicles are safe and reliable. You will work primarily on day cabs and trailers, focusing on preventative maintenance and minor repairs, as our fleet is under manufacturer warranty.
You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will also involve keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
