What you'll do

In this role, you will play a central part in shaping Airbnb’s financial outlook by accurately forecasting global topline revenue — you will lead the company’s revenue planning process, ensuring that forecasts are anchored in key business drivers. You will support the Revenue Forecasting team during annual planning, long-range planning, quarterly earnings, and monthly forecasting and reporting cycles.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to strengthen forecasting processes and overall financial planning — your analytical guidance will be crucial in making informed decisions that impact the company’s growth trajectory. You will also be responsible for developing and enhancing Excel models that streamline forecasting and reporting processes.

Your role will involve building high-quality executive presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to leadership — you will ensure that your presentations are not only informative but also visually engaging. You will continuously seek ways to automate data workflows, making the forecasting process more efficient and less prone to errors.
