What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects for the Annapurna ML networking teams. You will coordinate design and implementation efforts between teams operating in different countries to develop optimal solutions for new features, verticals, and markets. Your role will involve driving project schedules from design to release and managing the production launch of projects under your responsibility.

You will collect business and systems requirements from engineering leaders and ensure that all project stakeholders are aligned on goals and expectations. Your ability to anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management will be crucial in maintaining project momentum. You will also be expected to make trade-offs to optimize time-to-market while ensuring that the technical constraints are met.

You will periodically report the status of projects to company leadership, providing insights into progress and any challenges faced. Your strong communication skills will help you articulate project goals and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will thrive in an environment that requires you to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively.
