You possess excellent communication skills — you can articulate the value proposition of Ramp to prospective candidates and engage them in meaningful conversations about their career aspirations. Your experience allows you to navigate complex discussions with hiring managers to understand their needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.

You are data-driven in your approach — you leverage metrics to assess the effectiveness of your recruitment efforts and continuously seek ways to improve the process. You are familiar with various sourcing tools and platforms that help you identify and attract the best candidates in the market.

You thrive in collaborative environments — you enjoy working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process. You understand the importance of feedback and are open to adjusting your strategies based on input from the team.

What you'll do

As a Technical Recruiter at Ramp, you will play a crucial role in building a talented design team that will help shape the future of finance. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top design talent. This includes crafting compelling job descriptions, utilizing various sourcing channels, and conducting interviews that assess both technical skills and cultural fit.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. This involves participating in strategy meetings, providing insights on market trends, and advising on competitive compensation packages to attract the best candidates.
